today, i received 3 pictures of our team, Amigo Bear Team, who recently won the Team of the Week... not bad for one of the newest teams here at Dell QC Site. well, we got 100% for CE and 100% for XPR. really, not bad. but the news that is bothering me would be our performance for next CE. maintaining or even going not much lower than 80% would be hard work. really hard work. especially since our policies have changed. but nontheless, we still have to work it out. so, just to share some of the pictures from my new team:
