my grandfather, who we as grandchildren calls ITAY, died last June 14, 2007. he was buried last June 22, 2007. the same date as my final interview for a job at DELL. unfortunately, i wasnt able to go to Batangas for his burial. my brother told me that some of my aunts are a bit unhappy about my decision not to follow. do they know why? first, i got off the office of Dell at 11am. the burial is set at 12nn, at Batangas and i was currently here in Manila. it not only happened this time. when my lolo, mother side, died, i wasnt there to see his burial. when my best friend Abe died, i wasnt there to bury him also. when my tito, mother's brother, died, i wasnt there also. DAMN! WHAT THE F$#@ is that! i mourned, i cried. but what can i do?
